CELLARMASTERS' DINNER

Enjoy a five-course open-fire menu designed and executed by Chef Tana Mielke-Oliver featuring the brandy and its source wine. Each course is paired with a cocktail or that wine. This year we are featuring our Eternal Merlot brandy, which comes through our long-time collaborator, Brad Binko of Eternal Wines/Drink Washington State. Chef, winemaker, and distillers will be in attendance to answer questions and delight patrons.

Say goodbye to 2024 and hello 25 with brandy, whiskey, cocktails, tapas, BBQ, and bubbles!

Beginning at 8pm we start the party with your choice of cocktail, tapas, and a caviar bump.

At 9p New York’s countdown will come with a bubbles toast.

At midnight our own countdown will come with a second glass of sparkling.

Smokin Bandits will be on hand with fantastic BBQ until 11p.

We will also have the pleasure of welcoming the Hetterley’s and there special brand of whiskey.

Additional cocktails and bubbles available throughout the night as well as full caviar service.

MASTERS CLASS IN DISTILLING

Come learn the art of Alambic craft distilling. This 6 hour class takes you through all phases of the process with lots of fun, food, and even a field trip to learn about column distillation from Kevin Hetterley, culminating in 2 liters of your very own creation to take home and age as you please.

Instruction for calling the shots from heads to hearts

Lunch with a paired cocktail

Column distilling demo and tasting @ Hetterley’s

Instruction in calling the shots from Hearts to Tails

2 liters of your own Eau de Vie

2 liter oak barrel for aging at home

Class is limited to four groups up to 3 per group

$450 covers the first guest, $50 for each additional participant to cover lunch, cocktails, and field trip
